  • We can usually put a new project into the que within the current quarterly production schedule.

  • No we will provide a panelized building shell and partner with local general contractors to construct the building’s foundation and finishes.

  • We do not do any of the MEP, HVAC or finishing or drywall. We partner with local general contractors to construct the building’s foundation and finishes.

  • The exterior walls will be ready for stucco, brick or any other veneer you’d like to add, depending on the style and look you’re trying to achieve. The surface is considered as a “Scratch Coat”, ready for Stucco.

  • Our interior walls are 3 ½” profile, identical to lumber.

  • We can use architectural drawings from any architect. For bidding, we need a full set in PDF format. A corresponding DWG file will be required later for engineering

  • Our primary market is the Southeast

  • That depends on our production schedule and current production backlog.  Sometimes we can ship homes in as little as a few weeks.

  • No the foundation is done by a licensed builder in our network.

  • Yes, the CFS building system can be engineered for 90’ vertical wall or 7 stories by Miami Dade product approval (the most stringent building requirements in the U.S.).

  • Yes. Positive connection and the strength of steel provide great protection against earthquakes and hurricanes. Steel’s high strength and ductility make it the best construction material for earthquake-resistant design.

  • The building site plan must be pad ready, meaning the soil brought in, compacted, and passed local building inspection before we can begin site work on the foundation. Water, electric, trash dumpster and portable toilet must be provided on site before any work can commence.

  • The panelized kits do not need to be inspected in the factory.  After the wall panels are assembled, the local building inspector will do the inspections. 


  • Generally the kits are set on a concrete slab.  However, they can also be set on a crawlspace or basement.  The main level sub floor would need to be completed before our kit arrives.
